This is a picture of my boss, Col Doug Cordova, the Staff Judge Advocate of the 37th Training Wing at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. I did the picture as a going-away gift from our office. The bird is a Cooper's hawk, meant to represent the 37 TRW "warhawk" mascot. The U.S. flag, the Alamo and a C-5 "Galaxy" aircraft are behind them.
